1. Document Intake

  • Clients submit documents via secure upload, email, or in person.

  • We verify whether originals or notarized copies are required based on destination country and document type.

2. Notarization (if needed)

  • For documents that require notarization before apostilling, you provide mobile or remote notary services.

  • We ensure the notarial act complies with New Mexico law and is ready for state authentication.

3. Secretary of State Submission

  • We prepare and submit the documents to the New Mexico Secretary of State’s Apostille Unit in Santa Fe.

  • We handle all required forms, fees, and delivery logistics.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once the apostille is issued, we return the certified documents to you, the client via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • We provide tracking updates and optional digital copies for your records.

  • We confirm availability and quote a fee (includes notarial act + travel).

  • An estimate is sent via email and once accepted an invoice follows where you can make payment.

2. Identity Verification

  • Upon arrival, the notary checks your government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).

  • They ensure you’re signing willingly and knowingly.

3. Document Signing

  • You sign the document in their presence.

  • The notary witnesses the signature, administers any required oaths, and affixes their seal.

4. Recordkeeping

  • The notary logs the act in their official journal (required in New Mexico).

  • You may receive a receipt or scan for your records.

  • The notary reviews your document, witnesses your signature, and applies their electronic seal.

5. Download Your Notarized Document

  • Within minutes, your notarized document is available for download.

  • You can send it to whomever needs it—digitally or by print.

4.Signing Conducted – At the appointment, the NSA verifies identity, witnesses signatures, and ensures all required documents are signed and notarized.

5.Document Return – The completed documents are promptly returned to the requesting party via courier, scan-back, or drop-off.

6.Confirmation & Follow-Up – The NSA confirms delivery and may follow up to resolve any issues or missing items.
